You can take it without a problem. The other two that you took on the other hand do have a moderate warming (When taken together) of some possible side effects which would include: hyperthermia, heat stroke, and the anticholinergic intoxication syndrome. Peripheral symptoms of intoxication commonly include mydriasis, blurred vision, flushed face, fever, dry skin and mucous membranes, tachycardia, urinary retention, and constipation. These are rare but should be watched for. Always be careful when mixing medications even if they're OTC. Hope this helps! Have a great Holiday!
