most labels read take at bedtime. I am home bound due to hysterectomy, so is there some hidden reason to only take at bedtime?
bix, The main reason they say take it at night is so if it works you can go to the bathroom in the morning and don't have to worry about rushing at night when you should be sleeping. If you take it in the morning it could keep you running all night. Sorry to hear you are out with surgery hope everything is o.k.. If you want to take it in the morning and don't mind going in the evening there is nothing wrong with it it is mostly for conveinance as far as the time goes. Hope this helps explain their reasoning. marjorie zych
