I found some old pain pills in my cubbord and i have a tooth ache. They were givin to me by a denist.
Hi mugwi33, You didn't mention what kind of pills these are. Though regardless of what they are, I believe the worst thing that could happen is their potency may be somewhat deminished. Maybe just take one and see if it helps. You can look these pills up on this site (in the search box near the top of the page), and see if they mention anything about how they may be effected by the passage of significant time. Another option would be to call the dentist and ask for a new prescription. Or, even ask your dentist the question you've asked here. I hope I gave you some sort of help and your toothache gets better, keemo7
Hi No if you can die from expired pancake mix I wouldn't try something that old I would use a dental gel for pain or a regular aspirin melted on the area and call your dentist asap for an appt if you go regularly they may give you something that's newer that will help until your appt. I doubt if something that old will do anything. Or you can do what someone else told you call the pharmacy but I'm sure they'll say no.
Good luck try ice and or heat also.
