I don't think so; Klonopin is part of a group of medications called benzodiazepines, which are controlled substances that may cause addiction or dependence. An addiction to Klonopin is more likely to occur if the medication has been taken daily for a long period of time or in high doses.
However, please do talk to a pharmacist, take care.
Being a tranquilizer of the benzodiazepine class, Klonopin increases the effect of the GABA neurotransmitter, which in turn slows down the brain activity.
Having “calmed down” the brain and nerves, Generic Klonopin prevents seizures and thus is one of the preferred treatments for epilepsy and other conditions characterized by seizures.
