I personally through my own experience WOULD NOT take anything that a doctor has not prescribed just for me especially for anxiety panic depression what ever. These medications are addictive and unless you have someone monitoring your care during this time and you decide to stop taking it could be a very very horrible experience. Panic attcks are some that doctors hear about from patients everyday and more than likely will want to help you with them. I hope this helps because I have tried self medicating and right now I am in a living hell because of it. Goof Luck and God Bless I hope I helped a little I didn't mean to sound like I was lecturing. But I can tell you I am having a horrible experience. Barb
