I can not find anything that mentions the effects coumadin would have on AMD-WET. I Just was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation.
Do you refer to: Age related macular degeneration is a medical condition which usually affects older adults that results in a loss of vision in the center of the visual field (the macula) because of damage to the retina. It occurs in “dry” and “wet” forms. It is a major cause of visual impairment in older adults (>50 years).?
Coumadin (warfarin sodium) has not been reported to effect WET - AMD, however you could double check with an optometrist for more accurate info., hope this helps?
