Can Cortisporin Otico be used if it is expired?

I realize this answer is a bit late but may help someone in future. I would not advise you to use expired Ear drops ... especially to treat an infection. Manufacturers do not guarantee the quality or efficacy of the medicines past their expiry date, so if it doesn't work properly your infection will just progress and be prolonged.

Marvella is right, and not only that what worked for one type of infection may not be effective now. I too apologize for this answer coming late.
