Can cervical dystonia be treated with narcotics, it seems to be the only relief I get?

No one treatment has been found universally effective in treating cervical dystonia. Treatment is aimed at reducing or eliminating muscle spasms and pain.

Although narcotics are not front line treatment if you get relief I wouldn't be too concerned.
