Yes, Materna is a prenatal multivitamin. It is recommended that a woman should start taking a prenatal multivitamin at least 12 weeks prior to conception - when she is trying to conceive or planning a pregnancy and continue whilst pregnant and until she stops breast feeding.
If you are already pregnant and are not taking a prenatal multivitamin it is safe to start at anytime.
