Can an untreated B1 deficiency become dangerous to one's health?

Yes. Untreated, vitamin B1 deficiency is often deadly. With treatment, symptoms usually improve quickly.

mine is 32, I understand it should be in the 70's. But they have not given me anything extra to take. I also had gastic bypass surgery 10/08 and am deficient in Vitamin D and Magnesium although I take a multi vitamin.
