I too am on Coumadin. You really shouldn't take Aleve with Coumadin, it could affect your PT/INR results and give you a false reading. I would consult your doctor before taking any Aleve sometimes once in awhile is o.k. but you are better off taking Tylenol, that doesn't have any effect on Coumadin and is your safer bet. If you do take the Aleve watch out fr signs of bleeding just in case, o.k.. Good luck on Coumadin it is a life saver but can be tricky to manage, I am on it for life.

My so age 27th took cumadin his level a week later his counts are 9.3 they are not hospitalized him?
