I am a F who weighs 160 lbs at 5'6''. I just started it Saturday (Sept. 23, 2011). I work out by walking/jog 30 mins every other day. Is there a minimum of calories I need to eat? It zapped any hunger cravings! I want to get to be about 125 lbs... I hope it works!
The basic formula for women is to start with 100lbs for five feet, and add five pounds for each inch over five feet, which for 5'6" would be 130, but if you have a larger frame or are muscular that can vary. I think anywhere between 120 to 150 would be fine for most women, but it ultimately would be where you feel and think you look the best.
