he is 60 years old .he stands on his feet for long hours , his both feet are affected . activity makes his pain worse . he is thin . he doesn`t have any skin and other sign of disease .he smokes a lot and he uses opium regularly . please help him.
This could be a couple of things My father is 63 and works his butt off too!!! His feet and legs was hurting and believe it or not he says his special shoe insoles did the trick!!! I would start there or maybe lighter shoes!!! Also he could be getting dehydrated!! Or even smoking takes away many vitamins u need!! I am a smoker and did work on my feet before I injured my knee!! I used to get muscle cramps so much at night due to not drinking h2o and not enough potassium!!! But bad news it can be something more serious if he never had problems n at his age u can't be tooo careful!!! Well best of luck!!! To bad we can't retire at that age my dad had a heart attack because of working and is still working two years later!!! P.s. the opium should help the pain but not sure of side effects of it!!! If it like pain meds it can dehydrate you!!!
