I realize this answer is very late but may help someone in future. If your blood pressure isn't controlled on just one of these then yes, you can take Bystolic 5mg and Diovan HCT 160/25mg together.
The actual medicines in Bystolic (nebivolol) and Diovan HCT (valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide) work differently to control blood pressure. They can be used together but initially your doctor may need to monitor you to ensure you don't have low blood pressure. If your blood pressure is at the normal limits while on both of these then you can definitely take them together.
