... pulse 70/min
Bystolic is one of the better medications (beta blockers) used to control palpitations (arrhythmias). I have been taking 5mg daily for 3 years for an arrhythmia. I had low blood pressure before taking Bystolic, but the drop in bp was very minimal. 98/58 is in the normal range. Mine runs 96/58 most of the time. My doctors are satisfied with that bp. But, are you saying that the dry mouth, headache and palpitations are being caused by Bystolic? Your question was not clear on that point. If you are having bothersome side effects, contact your doctor so he/she can either adjust your dosage of Bystolic or switch you to another med. Best wishes!
