hi I am a 24 year old female and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure yesterday and my doctor put me on this medication and may I remind you this is my first time being put on medication for my high blood pressure and my doctor prescribed me to take a half a pill. I want to know if anybody that is taking this was described the half a pill and did you go to the side effects from taking a half of pill
I also an tasking a low dose of Bystolic. Half of a 2.5 mg pill. There are pill cutters that have a triangle-shaped area to place the pill. I found one at the local Rite-Aid store. The Bystolic pill fits in there great. Search around, try Amazon. They are not uncommon. Good luck with your meds.
