I have been taking Bydureon for 4 weeks now. I realize that is not a long time but I have really been watching my diet very closely (1500 cal/day) and no weight loss. I see where some of the reviews have had a significant weight loss over a period of time 6-9 months but when did you first start to notice? My glucose readings are great but they were not bad to begin with.
I don't know anyone who has used Bydureon so I can't really comment ... but the link below has reviews that you may find useful.
It is best when paired with exercise as well as diet. I have noticed my clothes fitting better in 3 weeks, but I have been power walking and strength training as well as cutting my meal intake in half since it makes you feel full longer. If you need tips on what to do, I have some exercises that don't take long and raise your heart rate (cardio). I used to be a gym rat before the blood sugar and thyroiditis threw me off my game and nothing worked.
