have at least 2 ulcers located dif. parts of tongue, enflamed gums, to the point of the back of the throat. have tried mouthwashes, ambisol, viotene with no relief
I am taking Alpha Lapoic Acid( started with 600 mg and am now up to 2400 mg in the morning and 2400 mg at night) and it has gotten the burning and swelling of BMS under control. The best acting is timed released ALA. ALA effectiveness and BMS has been well reasearched by the medical dermatology community. Good luck.
