... received shots in my head and face. Each area was at least 25 shots.I have been to many hospitals in Boston.Tufts cranial facial clinic.Brigham and women's clinic, and Beth Isreal in Boston.Lahey Clinic.I have used cymbalta, clonazepam, amatriptoline.I am currently on Oxycodine.A small dose.I also have tried homeopathic remedies. If anyone who suffers from bms and has been cured, please tell me how.I believe after 25yrs. of suffering, there is no hope for me
I tried everything medical and acupuncture. I am now being treated by a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My mouth pain is seriously diminished. I started salivating during the first treatment. I was also given herbs. The person who first treated me I found while I was traveling. He told me I needed someone who was trained in China for five years. I have to drive 2.5 hours to get to someone with this background.
the pain is not yet gone after two treatments, but it went from "I want to jumb off a bridge." to very tolerable and diminishing. The 5th year of training is very important.
