You are not going crazy, I have been suffering from the same symptoms for a few months. I have found that the prescription magic mouthwash works great. Pulling with coconut oil soothes your mouth as well. You just have to try different things until you find what works best for you. It is disappointing to find out that this can be a chronic condition but you just have to find out what works best for you...
I also read Alpha lipoic acid 1200 mg in the AM and PM has helped others.
