If so, was it effective?
A friend of mine suggested it. I think the reasoning behind the potential treatment of hypnosis is to reduce stress. My one doctor suggested yoga, and acupuncture, but I haven't tried either yet. BMS is horribly debilitating and extremely annoying. I have only had about 4 pain free days in the last 10 agonizing months. If I find anything that ends up really working, I will be sure to post!
I had acupuncture for 12 weeks. Wearing these tiny mini needles in my ears for 7 days at a time. All I can say is, Dr. Lee got rich off me!!! Did nothing for me. I have also thought of hypnosis but EVERY doctor or health care person says they will help. Has not happened yet. They take your money and look up what YOU already know from the internet...
