Let's post positive things that have helped with BMS...

I will begin by saying. I have had BMS for 4 years. It was in remission for the past year, but just recently started up again. For me, I had cut out all caffeine - including chocolate and pop. This seemed to have helped, but recently I became stressed out and it flared up again.

Also, let's post some ways to cope... I chew gum and a glass of wine seems to ease it a little.

Anyone else want to share?
