Does this mean it doesn't work on me? I'm on it as I'm going through a crohns flare.
Hi Chloe - I have had Crohns for 31 yrs , many flareups, hospitalizations, surgeries, you name it, I've been there. A week and 2 days seems like a long time, especially during a flare up, but, it takes time to reduce the inflammation. I have used this med in the past just to try to control symptoms, not necessarily always a flare. It takes time, hon. Varies from person to person and how much of a flare you are having (how much of the bowel is involved). Do your best to take as directed and be sure to continue all other meds you are taking for the Crohns. Hard for me to do during a flare, but your best chance at this working for you.We all pray for a quick fix, but, it just doesn't work that way. Take care of YOU. I understand where you are. Give it your best shot . Hope you feel better soon. Best wishes, ChelleKay
