Hi, Gina! I use fluticasone for allergies and asthma along with my psych meds with no problem.
But since it can interact with some medications Janie is right that you should be sure your prescribing physician(s) are aware of ALL medications you are taking ~ including natural, herbals, and OTC's.
Best wishes, Wildcat
gina5863; Yes I am right with the ladies here, Not having any Idea what else you are taking and some medications it can be okay depending on the dose or the doctor may have to adjust a medication. This is a real good reason to always ask the doctor if it's okay. He or she knows your case. But also this is a very good reason to always have everything filled at one pharmacy so the pharmacist can look for Interactions while he or she is filling your prescription, And also get your medications from just one doctor or at least have a list of everything you take so if a doctor writes a Prescription you can show them the list and get the answer right then. And so many people forget about things they take because they are over the counter or for a natural source and just take for granted that they are safe. This is never true so many end up in the E.R. because they got a new prescription and failed to tell the doctor all they have been taking.
Good luck give your doctor a call see what the doctor thinks. Chuck1957
