I can breath, but it feels like its more work to do, if that makes sense. I was just trying to take a nap and it was really annoying... I have to sit up in order to breath more comfortably. This is the first time this has happened but I have been having chest pain, right on my sternum..1 year ago I was in a car accident where I got a bad blow to the chest from my air bag, I am also smaller therefore I was closer to the steering wheel, and it hurts in the spot where it hit. I was examined in the ER, and they said I was fine, but I have been reading stuff online that say sometimes problems can't be detected right then and there and problems can develop. I am a 19 year old female.. I am just wondering if I should go to the doctor?
Definitely go to the doctor or emergency room. It could be a long list of possibilities. You may have to submit to a few test to determine what the problem is but it's worth the wait. I hope someone can find out what the problem is so you can relax and breathe w/o worrying about it. Best of luck to you and keep us informed of what you find out. Pepper
