hi Diva Mom,

It is not known whether Soma passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

To answer your question, Soma have a half life of about 3 hrs, thus it should, in theory and assuming all your bodily functions are normal, take approximately 10 hours to achieve an insignificant level in your system.

To be save, give it about at least 48hours before breastfeeding. Of course, double check with your doctor first.
