But when we have sex his semen keeps coming out , so how could we get pregnant ?
The semen doesnt have to be "held in" to get pregnant!! The sperm in that semen will get to where they need to go. How long did you try for? It can take most couples up to a year or 18 months to get pregnant. If you tried for more than a year with no success, then you should see a gynecologist or perhaps a fertility specialist. Pregnancy is a matter of perfect timing. Women only have about a 3 day window each month when they are fertile. Some people are helped by ovulation prediction kits. Some women observe their cervical mucus every day to determine when they are fertile since this is effective and free. Most days a woman's cervix is either "dry" or may have a milky or creamy consistency. When cervical mucus becomes slippery and stringy and clear, like raw egg whites, she is fertile and sex should occur on those days.
To check cervical mucus, every morning before bathing or showering, insert at least two clean fingers (wash your hands before doing this of course) into the vagina and feel for the cervix, it will feel like a soft knob or bump almost like the tip of your nose. Move the fingers around the cervix then withdraw and check the consistency of the discharge on your fingers. If it is clear, slippery and stringy, and stretches between the fingers with the exact consistency of raw chickens egg whites, this is when you are fertile. Good luck! Remember that it can take up to 12 months of trying (maybe less) to get pregnant. It takes some time and patience. Try to relax and not be stressed. Stress about trying to get pregnant can affect the ability to get pregnant. It seems easier to get pregnant when you dont want to get pregnant.
