I am always tired no matter if I sleep 3 hours a night or 15 hours. I had bloodwork done and everything is ok there.
It is possible you don't have a restful sleep. Do you take anything for sleep? Are you on any medication? Do you have fibro or chronic fatigue? It is possible if it isn't what I've asked that you will need a sleep study. Being active during the day, even if it means pushing through the fatigue helps with a better sleep pattern.
If you have sleep apnea, you would be constantly waking or almost waking all night, that is why the sleep study.
