Blue Cross is saying that Deplin 15 is not FDA it? Please explain?

When the insurance company says a drug isn't FDA approved, they could mean approved for your diagnosis. When a person starts on a drug they look at what is wrong with them and if the drug is approved for that. It could just be that your diagnosis hasn't been updated to cover the pill.
