So I was just wondering if this is normal. I am a slim person who is really active.
A single reading isn't very useful. People have fluctuations frequently and the fact you decided to take it may mean it was more likely to be "off". Keep track over time (hours, days) also different arms and positions (seated vs standing) if you feel unwell and it remains low it's a good idea to see someone - you have enough reason since you're concerned and it is low to call now even.
You may try eating something salty or a salt pill, get more fluids on you and rest- meaning stay off your feet because low blood pressure puts you at greater fall risk from passing out.
