... from strenuous exercise and activity is the best thing to do. For a while, it seemed like my arm was getting better, but last night, it started hurting in a different part of the arm (tricept area). Are these ups and downs normal or did I "overdo it" in some way? What guidelines should I use? Are things like shaking hands with people going to bother it? I know I am not supposed to lift a lot of weight with it, but how much is too much?
