Does a black coloured mucous from mouth without cougmean tuberclosis or could it be something else?

If I were you I would see a Dr rather soon.

Pulmonary tuberculosis Symptoms

It could mean a number of things. You really need to see a Dr because this is a very serious symptom and should be checked out by a Dr. asap.
