I want to slowly come off of birth control, instead of just stopping suddenly, because I have a problem with irregular periods. If I were to take birth control at different times every day, such as one day in the morning and the next at night, would this affect my fertility or mess me up in any way?
If you want to screw around with your hormones you couldn't have a better plan. What the heck are you trying to accomplish? If you want to stop them. Take them to the end of this month then stop. Taking them that way will cause you to have spotting and possibly bleeding and there will be very little protection. How did you even come up with the idea. I've never heard another say it.
