About twenty minutes later I got my period. My boyfriend didn't pull out- it's the first and the last time that will happen. Everything seems normal but lighter, its my first month on the pills so I heard that's what they are supposed to do. I'm mostly just scared and paranoid... Is there a chance I may be pregnant? If so, should I take the morning after pill? Help please.
Relax, there is no need to consider emergency contraception.
If you have taken the pills as instructed you will not be pregnant. It is normal to get your period at any time during the week you take the sugar pills. The timing is just a coincidence that it happened so soon after intercourse.
Periods will often be different on the pill. Shorter, longer, heavier or lighter - all are normal.
Ditto suzanne plus the pulling out even if you weren't on the pills is a false sense of security, it is a myth that that protects against pregnancy, the male deposits sperm long before he ejaculates. You don't need anything but the pills unless you forget one or are on antibiotics.
