i use to be the same way till about 7 years ago i found a psycitrest who listend to me and it was like she knew me for years she put me on lithium it took a while for it too leval out in my system but my husband said it was like a new person . with the lithium . now if i run out i can tell if im without it and so can my family lol . i hope you o get to luck sometimes it is finding a dr and therypist that understan you . it took a while for me i thought i was going crazy at times . i will keep you in my prayers good luck .
Hello, it is possible you maybe Bipolar, and you sound miserable. Definitely, make an appointment with a psychiatrist or psychiatric provider who is able to differentiate amongst the multitude of psychiatric disorders that exist, so you are sure to get the correct diagnosis and are not left guessing which will only perpetuate your, already high, anxiety level.
