Can those who have been on Vyvanse for a long period of time tell me about your experiences? I've just been prescribed, but I have two issues with it: 1.) insurance doesn't cover it and it's very expensive, so if I want it I need to cough up $250 a month and I want to make sure it's worth it; and 2.) I don't want to just take this pill as a magic cure-all only to have all my symptoms of BED come right back if/when I go off of it. I'm currently in treatment for my eating disorder so I'm hoping that I would be able to learn enough tools to really recover on my own but what if the Vyvanse just makes me belieive I've recovered when really it was just the medicine all along? Anyway... sorry this is long and rambling. Just curious to hear from those who have used the drug for an extended period of time and if you think it's worth it
