Bicillin LA - I just noticed that my dr wrote 1 tablet, 3 times per day. I mis-read it and thought?

I guess another way to ask this question is: If I took less of a dose (for two days) than was prescribed, would there be an increased chance of a bacterial infection to become resistant to penicillin?
No, don't worry. Just increase the dose as of today. Only thing is that the doses you took for the past 2 days have probably been of very little help so your infection may be around for a little bit longer. If the infection doesn't clear by the end of the course then see your doctor again.
