Hello 7vertical7. This might be helpfull, but I don't know if its an answer in as much as if these suggestions are the best. Through hormone replacement therapy. This is also called "HRT". Where you may be given a hormone called estrogen. Caregivers will monier you closely while you use this medicine. Then there are bisphosphonates, where these medicines increase your bone fensity and may decrease the risk of future fractures. Theres also calcitonin where this medicine helps to get calcium into new bone. Finally, theres selective estrogen receptor modulators, where by these medicines have an estrogen like effect on your bones and may be used to prevent or treat osteoporosis.
