Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a gram negative rod which is resistant towards many available antibiotics, the treatment would follow what course taking into account the severe adverse affects some antibiotics may produce.
Are we doing homework again? I wouldn't try to treat it without doing a sensitivity, then would order a medication it was sensitive too. This is where the adverse effects comes in, you would order the least offensive of the sensitive drugs. Sometimes if its particularly stubborn 2 or more antibiotics would be used at once.
