When is the best time to take lithium if you work 6 PM to 4 am?

Hi, helping! The most important thing is that you want to take the doses evenly spaced apart ~ about every 12 hours. So 6pm/4am, 9pm/9am, or 6pm/6am would all be acceptable, for example.
Since lithium causes few if any side effects there shouldn't be any problem taking it before or during work hours.
Best wishes to you both, Wildcat

The only personal experience I've had with lithium was my father taking it, but if the OP doesn't want to take it at/during work 5 or 5:30 am/pm should probably work as well.
