This is day 2 for me.I take it with my lunch.I do have some headaches and notice when I get home from work in the afternoon I'm little drowsy.
The general recommendation is morning, but there is a lot of variance between people. I take it at night now, because the insomnia that it adds to my normal insomnia is not a problem because I take a sleep aid.
When I take it in the morning 2-3 times a month, I get a queasy stomach. You may not have that problem at all.
Experiment a little, taking at least 5-7 days at each time change.
