I have headaches every day and some turn into migraines tried all kinds of meds but nothing seems to help
Have you tried going to the chiropractor? Muscle tension from your neck can lead to severe headaches. A few spinal adjustments may make a huge difference and stop those headaches. Works for me! Anything you take OTC on a daily basis is going to lead to rebound headaches and you'll start getting headaches from not having medicine every day. Using a hot pack or cold pack, whichever feels better, can help too!
Dzoobaby is so right about the rebound headaches. Just taking an OTC pain reliever more than 3 days a week can cause it. And instead of continuing to go to a chiropractor, I went to a good physical therapist who taught me exercises, even with tools, to get severe tension out of my stiff neck, shoulders and back. But mine was especially hard to treat since it was caused by a major stroke, so I also need nerve block and trigger point injections to ease the tension in my neck and shoulders.
