Exercise will help with the fatigue and eating a well-balanced diet will also help. If you haven't had a full physical in at least one year then I think it would be a good idea to also talk with your physician to see if it is time. That way you can have full blood work done to make sure that you are not anemic as well. Vitamins are also a good way to replace what has been lost... but seeing a doctor first would be the best way to see how your body is doing. Make sure you get sufficient amount of sleep and do take time for you... meditation doesn't hurt either.
