I have tried Phazyme.( simethicone) 180 mg but still having no luck.
Could it be a nervous problem?
Are you on any medications? Have you noticed a difference with the different things you eat? Do you have a lactose intolerance? What about a problem with gluten? You can try taking lactaid before you have any product with lactose in it, and that means read labels because allot of foods have lactose in them.
It is usually a diet issue interacting with the natural intestinal flora-something you are eating is causing the normal bacteria in the gut to produce gas. Soda pop soft drinks are a HUGE cause for gas (that carbonation goes somewhere) so if you drink soda pop, eliminate it from your diet.
