Please clarify when it is best to give coumadin,agrenox, plavix, or xarelto. When do you give asprin?

- coumadin, plavix, heart failure, heart attack, prosthetic heart valves, acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, aspirin, congestive heart failure, prevention of thromboembolism in atrial fibrillation, xarelto
As a rule aspirin and Plavix are given in the morning and should be keep at that unless your doctor changes it. From the hospital in my orders I was told to take both at 9 am and not to stop or change unless ordered by my cardiologist and I have been taking both for nearly three years.
