i am going to have to start insullin injections and was told to give them in my stomach but im overweight and would like to know the best place to give them
Anywhere that has a little fat is good. You should rotate it wherever you give it. Start with your belly on the right of your belly button, below your waist, then down to your rt leg on the outer area of your thigh, then to your left thigh, then up to the left side of your belly button. Some people can manage using their upper arms, I'm not that much of a contortionist, lolol. One thing is that you are not going to hurt yourself with the teeny tiny needles used today. The reason you need to rotate sites and use a fatty area is that the insulin can cause some problems if you put it the same place all the time.
