I had a severe case of lyme disease at the age of 8. That turned into meningitis and so far I only know of short term memory damage and pain receptors in my brain to be damaged. I can't have NSAIDs because they do nothing for my pain since it isn't acual pain and acetominaphine makes it worse. It's my brain making me think I have pain due to the damaged pain receptors. So keep that in mind with combos.

All I would like is a bunch of peoples' opinions on what I should take as a pain medication and what the most common dose is for that medication.

PS. I dont want things that are SOO strong that most doctors won't perscribe it like morphine but oxycodone and other types like that are fine. And please don't give a sugestion of something that no doctor would ever perscribe.
