My mother has lupus. She's constantly in pain and well her appearance is quickly changing and she becomes more depressed. Is there maybe a natural herb, pills or ointments she can use to ease the pain and the skin irritation??
She can try motrin or aleve for the pain, but this is a disease that needs to be followed by a dr. There are treatments for it.
laahlaah18 this is a tough one i agree with the aleve and ibuprofen but first what else is she taking now? There are alot of interactions with the meds they use for this I would let the Doctor know that she is in much pain and a very hard time. She has this right to not be in severe pain and still funtion.please let the doctor know Make sure doctor does know she does not have rx coverage there are very cheap pain meds, try to stay away from any time released they are most expensive Chuck Wise Sr. Retired Pharmacy Tech.Cpht
I live in the UK so we don't have the insurance issue. Dzoobaby explained to me how medicad and the other which sounds similar works. Is it just the case that someone without insurance as not bothered (I don't means this to sound derogatory in anyway) to apply for medicad and or the other one. Or is it the case that they are prohibited in so way so they would not quality for medicad and or the other one which I think it is called Medicare?
