I get heartburn and acid reflux which comes back up through my throat when sleeping.
I know that when you're sleeping your body moves around without your meaning it to and so the acid can come into the throat. But have you tried to arrange the area under your head so that your head is propped up and the acid does not rise into your throat. Some people prop their head up by using extra pillows. Others use a structure made of hard material such as wood under the pillow they lay their head on. A structure can be easily built at home and, I believe, even bought on the market. Anyway, I've found that the extra pillows technique works find for me. Since I've been using it it, starting maybe 4 years ago, I have no acid attacks in my throat. Have you tried one of these techniques to prop up the angle your head and throat lie at while you're sleeping?
