Eat low fat only. Each time you eat fat you will activate your gallbladder to perform it's function. This in turn can increase pain and inflammation. Certain foods can also aggravate the gallbladder like onions, eggs, fat etc. Avoiding fat is only a temporary fix if you have large stones. The sooner you remove it, the less likely you will have complications.
